At Subtle Co. , we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. As a growing startup, we currently offer replacements only and do not provide refunds on returned products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Size Selection Responsibility

We strongly recommend that customers carefully check the Size Chart available on each product page before placing an order. Since our products are made to specific measurements, choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged.
• Product received has a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Wrong size delivered by our team (different from the size ordered).

To be eligible for a replacement:
• The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue may be required for verification.

 

No Refund Policy

As a startup brand, we currently do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement of the same product or a suitable alternative product, subject to stock availability.

 

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Share your order number along with images/videos of the issue.
    3. Once approved, we will arrange the replacement process.
    4. The replacement product will be shipped after successful verification and receipt of the original item (if required)
